Your account number is located at the top right of your invoice. The account suffix needed to connect your account is the number to the right of the "dash" as shown below in the red circle.

You can find your Demand Response account number on your Direct Energy Business invoice. Look for the multi-digit account number in the upper right corner of page one, as shown below.

Your billing postal code is located on your remittance slip at the bottom of page 1 of your invoice. Please be sure to use this postal code and not the one(s) associated with your service location(s) address(es).

Your billing account number can also be found on page 1 of your invoice either in the upper right-hand corner or as part of the remittance slip on the bottom of page 1 (as shown here).
